Product & Licensing
Are your software licenses legitimate?
Yes. We provide 100% authentic, verified license keys. Our products function exactly like those purchased directly from the manufacturer, including access to official updates and security patches.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
It depends on the product. Older versions such as QuickBooks Pro 2020 and 2021 are sold as lifetime one-time purchase licenses with no recurring fees. Newer versions like Pro Plus, Premier Plus, and Enterprise are sold as annual subscriptions that include automatic updates, cloud backup, and priority support. Each product listing clearly states which model applies.
Will this software work on my Mac?
QuickBooks Desktop is primarily designed for Windows. If you are a Mac user, we offer QuickBooks Mac Plus, which is specifically built for macOS. Please verify the system requirements on the product page before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your device.
Digital Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery is typically instant. Most customers receive their license key and download link via email within 5 to 15 minutes. In rare cases involving manual fraud verification, please allow up to 12 hours (or 24 hours on weekends).
Will I receive a physical box or CD?
No. All our products are delivered digitally. You will receive your license key, an official download link, and a step-by-step activation guide directly to your email. There are no physical items shipped and no shipping costs charged.
I haven't received my email. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder — automated emails are sometimes filtered.
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

Absolutely. Every purchase includes a step-by-step installation guide. If you encounter any issues during activation, our support team is available to assist you during business hours.
Do you offer technical support for accounting errors?
Our support covers license activation and initial software setup. For accounting-specific issues, bugs, or advanced technical problems within the software itself, we recommend contacting Intuit's official support team directly, as these fall under the manufacturer's End User License Agreement (EULA).
Payments & Billing
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We utilize Stripe and PayPal, the world's most trusted payment gateways. Our site is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, and we never store your credit card information on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and applicable state laws. The final tax amount, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return the software if I change my mind?

What if the license key doesn't work?
If your license key fails to activate, contact us immediately at Contact@allgoodquick.com with your Order Number and a screenshot of the error message. Our team will verify the key and issue a replacement within 24 hours at no charge.
